I have been going here for about 5 years and it is always a pleasant surprise. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Deeann and her entire staff. She works extremely hard to get you every possible break and even goes the extra mile to accommodate your schedule. I feel at home as soon as I walk in the door. The first time I went to her i had not even filed taxes the previous year and thought i owed about $3000 but instead I got a refund of more than $2000! She even helped me to unravel the yearly Fasfa puzzle for my kids in college in a matter of minutes with a printout of all the pertinent information and turned that yearly headache into a quick and easy fill in the blank task. It turns out I had been doing it wrong in the previous years and my children definitely benefited from her help. And to top it all off her fee is incredible. I am far from wealthy but I actually feel a bit guilty when I leave there knowing she was able to get me such an awesome refund for such a small price. I urge everyone to give this lady your business and to tip her as well. Not because she ask for it, she certainly does not, but because she is that amazing. I know that every persons tax situation is different but I feel confident in saying that she will get you the best outcome possible. I used to absolutely hate tax season but now i look forward to it!
